CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY We respect your time and ask the same in return. Please review and sign below. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit of $____ (or ____% of service) is required to book. Deposits apply to the final service total when you complete your appointment. CANCELLATION WINDOW Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment receive a full deposit refund or credit. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit. LATE ARRIVALS We hold appointments for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. NO-SHOWS A no-show is charged 100% of the booked service price to the card on file. Repeat no-shows may be required to pre-pay in full for future appointments.
