4. SMS Messaging Program

Beautifyx provides SMS messaging capabilities to salon businesses. Salon clients may receive SMS messages for:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Booking confirmations and updates
• Promotional offers from their salon (only with prior explicit consent)

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.

5. How We Share Your Information

No mobile information (including phone numbers collected for SMS purposes) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
