1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Beautifyx platform at beautifyx.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Beautifyx is a salon and beauty business management platform that provides appointment scheduling, staff management, point-of-sale, invoicing, payroll, marketing automation, and SMS communication tools to beauty industry professionals and their clients.
3. SMS Messaging Program

Program Description
Beautifyx sends SMS messages on behalf of salon businesses for two purposes: (1) Appointment notifications — confirmations, reminders, and booking updates; and (2) Marketing messages — promotional offers, special deals, and re-engagement campaigns from participating salons.
How to Opt In
Salon clients provide their phone number and explicit consent when booking an appointment online via the Beautifyx booking portal, or when a salon records their contact information at the point of service. A consent checkbox is displayed at the time of booking stating: "I agree to receive appointment reminders and promotional SMS messages from [Salon Name] via Beautifyx. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. For appointment notifications, you may receive up to 3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and follow-up). For marketing messages, frequency depends on your salon's campaign schedule, typically no more than 4 messages per month.

How to Opt Out — STOP
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from [Salon Name] messages. No further messages will be sent." No further messages will be sent after you reply STOP.
How to Get Help — HELP
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive a response with contact information. You may also contact Beautifyx support at support@beautifyx.app.
Supported Carriers
Beautifyx SMS messages are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary.
No Third-Party Sharing
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited or spam SMS messages to recipients who have not opted in
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
6. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Beautifyx and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Beautifyx does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautifyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
