Hair Gloss vs. Toner: What's the Difference?
Both refresh color, but they do different jobs. Here's when to ask for each.

Gloss adds shine and a soft tint, lasts 4–6 weeks, and is great between major appointments.
Toner neutralizes unwanted brassy or yellow tones after lightening, lasts 3–5 weeks, and is almost always paired with highlights or balayage.
Rule of thumb
If your color looks dull → ask for a gloss. If your blonde looks too warm → ask for a toner.
