    2. Licencia de Funcionamiento municipal Pide la **Licencia de Funcionamiento** en la municipalidad distrital donde estará el local (Miraflores, San Isidro, Surco, Surquillo, La Molina, etc.). Necesitas el certificado de zonificación, plano de distribución y contrato de alquiler firmado.

    3. Certificado de Defensa Civil **ITSE (Inspección Técnica de Seguridad en Edificaciones)** de Defensa Civil — riesgo bajo, medio o alto según el tamaño. Es obligatorio antes de abrir al público.

    4. Carnet sanitario del personal Estilistas, barberos, manicuristas y técnicas en estética deben tener **carnet sanitario** vigente de la municipalidad o DIRESA. Algunos distritos también exigen curso de bioseguridad.
