    RNC y registro mercantil

    Tramitá el RNC en la DGII y el registro mercantil en la Cámara de Comercio correspondiente. La mayoría empieza como Persona Física con Negocio de Único Dueño.

    Régimen Simplificado de Tributación (RST)

    Si tus ingresos son menores a RD$11,5 millones anuales podés acogerte al RST — cuota fija anual sin necesidad de presentar IT-1 cada mes.

    ITBIS 18%

    Los servicios de salón están sujetos a ITBIS 18%, salvo que estés en RST.

    Permiso sanitario

    El Ministerio de Salud Pública otorga el habilitación tras inspección. Esterilización con autoclave obligatoria para servicios con sangre.

    TSS

    Afiliación a la TSS (SFS + AFP + ARS) desde la primera empleada — costo patronal aprox 14,48%.

    Pago
