    Habilitación municipal, monotributo, libreta sanitaria y agenda online: el paso a paso para arrancar sin perder un mango.

    1. Definí tu figura fiscal La mayoría de los salones nuevos arrancan como **monotributistas** (categorías A a D según facturación). Si vas a tener más de un empleado en relación de dependencia, conviene pasar a responsable inscripto o SRL.

    2. Habilitación municipal del local Cada municipio tiene su propio régimen. En CABA es la **Habilitación Comercial** ante la AGC (rubro 604110 / 604121). En provincia de Buenos Aires depende del partido. Pedí el certificado de uso conforme antes de firmar el contrato del local.

    3. Libreta sanitaria y bromatología El personal que toca al cliente (peluqueros, barberos, manicuras, esteticistas) necesita **libreta sanitaria** vigente. Algunos municipios exigen además curso de manipulación segura de cosméticos.

    4. Inscripción en ANMAT si vendés productos Si vas a revender shampoo, tintura o cosmética, los productos deben tener inscripción ANMAT vigente — pedí el certificado al proveedor.
